Modifying Microsoft Office Caption Menu

Microsoft Office is one of another kind of Office Applications in the software world. Another kind of Office Applications are made by another vendor such as Open Office, Star Office, IBM Lotus Simphony and etc.

Today, many people using Microsoft Office with the result that no differencies about your Microsoft Office with your friend.

Then now, we are learn how to modify your Microsoft Office in order to make your Microsoft Office different with other Microsoft Office that installed in your friends computer.

Step:

• Open your Microsoft Office. *For example we are using Microsoft Word
• Right click you mouse on menu area

• Click Customize submenu.

• And new window dialog appear like the picture below.

• Ignore the window because we are not going to use it. But, “don’t close the window dialog!“
• Right click File menu in order to modify the menu caption. For example, i will rename “File” become “Berkas”. You can use any languange what you want, i just wanna tell that I use Indonesian language as new caption.

• Enter new caption on the text box beside text “Name:”

• And the result will be… *Compare before modifying to after modifying the caption
